Cancel Jing Pro Subscription
There are two ways you can cancel your Jing Pro subscription: from within the Jing application, or over the telephone. However you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain the Pro features until your current subscription expires.
To cancel the subscription from within Jing, click More > Preferences.
Next, click the Manage Account button located in the middle left area. A dialog with three options appears. Select Cancel Subscription.
Enter your name, optional comments, and click Yes to submit your request. Your subscription cancellation will be processed within one business day.
Note: The Cancel Subscription button only appears if you are signed into Jing as a Pro user.
You can also cancel your Jing Pro subscription by calling Customer Service at 1-800-517-3001 x636 (or 1-517-381-2300 x636). Our hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 7pm GMT -5:00 (U.S. Eastern Time).
Note that even when you cancel your subscription, you will retain the Pro features until your current subscription expires.
